I’m Cynthia Maxwell, and I've been proud to be a part of the State Farm family since 1995. After starting my career as a Team Member, I became an Agent in June 2005, and my enthusiasm for the insurance industry has only grown since then. I am passionate about helping our customers navigate their insurance needs, and I am especially dedicated to serving the Hispanic and Vietnamese communities in our area.

Community involvement is at the heart of our agency. I’m proud to have participated in the Small Business Premier Program (SBPP) for three consecutive years: 2020, 2021, and 2022. Since 2005, I have achieved Ambassador Travel status and have been a member of the Chairman Circle since 2020. In 2023, our agency was honored to be included in the President's Club, recognizing the top 50 agents nationwide. As a Century Club Red Jacket Holder and a Gold Honor Club member, I actively engage with the Albuquerque community and assist customers with out-of-state transfers. Having relocated from Kentucky to the Southwest, I understand the unique needs of those transitioning to this beautiful region.

Family is incredibly important to me. As a wife, mother of four daughters, and grandmother to ten grandchildren, I truly understand the significance of protecting your loved ones. State Farm is a family business for us, with two of my sons-in-law also serving as State Farm Agents.
